Introduction

We are committed to fair and transparent business practices, the user acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions, if any part does not agree, please do not use the Service.

Basic concepts:

Provider: Co2ntra Ltd. Address: 1073 Budapest Akácfa utca 62 II/23, tax number:13850575-2-42

User: any person or legal person or other entity without legal personality, who is in the service of Provider - single purchase or under any other item.

Service: The Provider will offset the the Users emission, by deleting the same amount of CERs.

Terms and conditions are intended

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) the Provider and its contractual relationship between a User interacted with the general conditions included. The issues are not covered by Service-to-date on the activities of Hungarian legal and regulatory requirements and the Civil Code provisions also apply to specific strings attached.

IT s a precondition from the User to accept the GTC. It’s an acceptance, if the User start a purchase ont he www.co2ntra.hu site
The provider has a right to change the GTC and its valid from the diclosure. The GTC is valid till the Service is working.

The contract between the User and the Provider starts when the the User starts a purchase ont he www.co2ntra.hu site. The purchase valid if the User confirm it. If any reason shows a fake purchase or invalid the Provider has a right to delete the order and state it as an invalid order.
The Provider assumes, the the exact amount of CER units will be deleted. Because the deleting of these units are irreversible, after the confirmation the user can’t desist from the contract, and can’t refund it.
The User can pay by bankcard, paypal account, bank transfer.

Privacy policy

Any personal data becomes to the Provider database will be handle by the Provider under the Act. 1992./LXIII. about the protection of personal data. No data will be provide to third party. If the User sendin his personal data to the Provider, the Provider will keep it during the puchase.

Rights

All data on the http://www.co2ntra.hu site, including dat a logo, slogan, databases and the calculator is owned by the Co2ntra Ltd. and copyrighted. Personal users can use the webpage, cpoying changeing not alloweded to businesses.

Calculator

The calculator based on the latest researches results and international standards. The Provider has the right to change the calculator and its parameters. A Provider assumes no responsibility for the data entered by the user and the damages arising therefrom.

Change of GTC

The Provider has the right to change the GTC.

Governing Law, dispute

All questions which are not covered by the GTC, should follow the hungarian laws. On any  dispute the User and the Provider stipulate jurisdiction of Pest County Court.
