This real estate rental website offers a cohesive system and database of properties in all regions inside Hungary. It provides a complete solution from a powerful search engine to the final contract.

Together with Co2ntra, we created a useful tool for all alberlet.hu users that allows, beside the properties and rentals details, to get the information about the emissions generated by the respective flat or house. They recommend the users first to try to reduce their emissions and what they can't avoid to offset it.We worked together in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

How Co2ntra helped:

• We developed a model to highlight the potential emissions for each type of property available.
• We fed this data to alberlet.hu system so they can provide the end customer with our environmental insight.
  
• We offer alberlet.hu customers a breakdown of potential emissions and the opportunity to offset them through Co2ntra.
  

Alberlet.hu has won the second price at the eFestival contest in the service category. The Jury highlighted the user friendly search engine and the service for rental agencies and the partnership with Co2ntra to encourage environmental awareness.
